Child Labour Reduction at Nazirrartek in Coxsbazar

Department of Inspection for Factories and Establishments, Cox's Bazar and national level development non- govt organization "POPY" organized a motivational meeting on the elimination of child labor in Nazirraratek, Asia's largest Der Fish Processing area in Cox's Bazar. With the support of 'Educo Bangladesh', on 07/03/2024, Thursday, Ward No. 1 of Cox's Bazar. The meeting was organized in Samity Para. The meeting was attended by local leaders, Shutkipalli Aartdar, workers and media workers.
Before the meeting, the officials of the Directorate of Inspection for Factories and Establishmentss and 'Poppy-Educo', Cox's Bazar visited two separate bridge schools in Mostakpara kutubdia Para of the said municipality. Apart from exchanging skills with the 150 students studying in the school, the Artdar of Nazirrartek Shutkimahal also discussed the implementation of children's rights, ensuring child protection and the evils of child labour.
